Does capitalism respect individuality?

Hello,

I want a nice country cottage, with a log fire and classic country kitchen. We are all lead to believe we can all be lawyers, Doctors and Donald Trumps. I can't afford this country cottage. I'm trapped in an age / poverty cell.
If money is the only incentive to find work and we can all easily follow our dreams, why do people work in Farmfoods? Why aren't we all Doctors, Lawyers and presidents?
What kind of monetary system would REALLY reflect individuality?

Please help.
